There are four courses available:

  1. Supporting parents of children aged 6 months to 8 years who are scared to visit the dentist.
  2. Supporting parents of children aged 9-16 who are scared to visit the dentist.
  3. Supporting teenagers who aren’t too keen to visit the dentist.
  4. A guide for the whole dental team to help patients who are anxious about visiting the dentist.

The course includes colourful audio modules with accompanying worksheets and online books. Clear, practical, jargon free helpful advice, written by the award-winning team behind some of the World’s most used CBT resources.

This course has been created following two research trials lead by Dr Zoe Marshman at the University of Sheffield, that interviewed young people, their parents and dentists.
