We have a range of user friendly CBT evidence based tools that are designed to help private practitioners coach and support individuals of all ages in an engaging and effective way.
Working with young people?
We have two programmes that are widely used within Education, Community groups, CAMH’S, NHS plus more.
1). ‘We Eat Elephants’ – aimed at 5-8yrs and 9-12yrs. These combined resources can be delivered in class format, online or 1:1.
2). ‘Living life to the full for young people’ – aimed at 12yrs-18yrs. These resources can be delivered in class format, online or 1:1.
Working with general/older adults?
We have two programmes that are also widely used within Health and social care, charities plus more. They help tackle the difficulties associated with low mood and anxiety.
1). Living life to the full – aimed at 18yrs +. This 8 session generic life-skills programme helps teach key CBT based skills and tools that are useful for overcoming problems.
2). Reclaim your life? – aimed at 18yrs +. This 6 session programme is for individuals living with a long term conditions.
Working with new mums?
Our post-natal 5 sesion programme ‘Enjoy Your Baby’ is aimed at new mums and key partners/supporters with a child up to 18mths.

We also have an online platform which is specifically designed for practitioners to be able to hand out individual log ins to their clients, allowing access to read our self-help little books online.
This approach works well for individuals who like to read and distant learn.
All of the programmes are designed in such a way, so as to offer practitioners and their clients flexibility. The 8, 6, and 5 session programmes can be covered either within class, online or 1:1 format. The content can easily be covered within a typical support/coaching session or class.
Each programme has their own linked little book(s) and worksheets which help clients put into practise what they have learned in the sessions.
