Sometimes users of the www.fiveareas.com website have problems registering/ordering resources.

Prefer not to order online? You can order by choosing the Pay by Cheque or Invoice option as part of the order options. Alternatively please print this order form and post it together with a cheque.

For online registration and login, please check the following:

1). Please Register using the Register and Login area at the top right of the homepage. When you click Register a variety of information fields must be completed initially. Mandatory one's are starred. Please note that you also need to type out the letters/numbers in the Security code area into the box to it's right. This is to ensure that no automated spamming programmes register on to the site. Next click the I have read, agree and understood the terms and conditions and click  Submit and Continue.

Please note that registering for the site is different from merely signing up to receive the Newsletter.

Please note: The most common reason why free online resources are not delivered is that unfortunately people mistype or mis-remember their email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email of your registration or of subsequent orders please check your Junk mail folder and also review whether you have correctly registered your email address.

2). Once registered please make your order whilst logged in. You email is your username, and the password needs to be entered exactly as you initially registered (ie case matters).

3). If you still have problems logging in, the usual reason is that your browser security settings are preventing cookies from being added. Please adjust the cookie settings as below:

 Cookies are small files that can be created and written to by this and many websites. They allow your registration and previous sue of the site to be easily recognised. The security letters / numbers you see on the registration page uses Cookies.  A list of steps to take to alter your browser settings to accept cookies are summarised at step 5.

4). Other software that you will need includes:

5). Follow the instructions below to enable Cookies on common web browsers.

 Internet Explorer 6 for PC: To enable Cookies
From the Tools menu select Internet Options.
Select the Privacy tab, and then click the Advanced button.
Click both the Accept radio buttons.
Click OK to save changes.

 Safari 2 for Macintosh: To enable Cookies
From the Safari menu select Preferences.
Click on the Security icon.
Check the checkboxes to Accept Cookies Always.

 Firefox 1.5 for PC: To enable Cookies
From the Tools menu select Options...
Click on the Privacy icon.
Click the Cookies tab.
Check checkbox to Allow sites to set Cookies.
Click OK.

 Firefox 1.5 for Macintosh: To enable Cookies 
From the Firefox menu select Preferences.
Click on the Privacy icon.
Click on the Cookies tab.
Check checkbox to Allow sites to set Cookies.

 Internet Explorer 5 for Macintosh: To enable Cookies 
From the Explorer menu select Preferences.
Expand the Receiving Files menu and select Cookies.
From the drop-down menu after When receiving cookies select Never Ask.
Click on OK.

 Netscape 7 for PC:  To enable Cookies
From the Edit menu select Preferences.
Expand the Privacy & Security menu.
Select Cookies.
Check the radio button for Enable all cookies.
Click on OK.

 Netscape 6 for PC: To enable Cookies 
From the Edit menu select Preferences.
Expand the Privacy & Security menu.
Select Cookies.
Check the radio button for Enable all cookies.
Click on OK.

 Netscape 4 for PC: To enable Cookies
From the Edit menu select Preferences.
Click on Advanced category to display the Advanced options.
Ensure the Accept all cookies radio button is selected.
Click OK to save the changes.

 Netscape 7 for Macintosh: To enable Cookies
From the Netscape menu select Preferences.
Expand the Privacy & Security menu.
Select Cookies.
Check the radio button for Enable all cookies.
