Key points: Training Licence
- The Course is produced as a resource to allow professional workers such as teachers, nurses, psychologists, social workers or staff and volunteers of a charity to deliver the training course. For recommended uses and limitations please see the full course licence.
- The licence is for use in a single local clinical or social service unit/team, voluntary sector local group or single school based at or working from a specific address. Team members may run the course at any location where they work (e.g. outreach clinics, community venues etc.). It does not allow widespread use across for example several clinical teams/sites or schools outside the usual clinical service of the team. In that circumstance each individual team/school requires a licence. A reduction is available for the purchase of multiple licences for larger services containing multiple sites/units/schools.
- The licence allows use of the resources to run free access local groups within health, social services or voluntary sector settings.
- The licence does not allow use of the course in commercial settings. For use in commercial settings please contact admin@fiveareas.com to discuss this further.
- Please note: the licence provides permission to produce paper copies of the handouts/worksheets/wallcharts, and also provide electronic copies of the ACT MP3 files for use by people attending the course as well as the course trainers only.
- The CD may not be copied and none of the resources may be emailed on or passed electronically to others – including course attendees. The sole exception is the Anxiety Control Training MP3 file which can be copied freely for use by course attendees.
- The CD is copyright and remains the property of Five Areas and must be returned when the licence ends (or alternatively the licence renewed for a further year – as outlined in Schedule 2)
The licence spells out these key elements in more detail.
